CASA MALAPARTE: FURNITURE (2020)
If this house shows up on here a lot, it’s because it’s the first building that I fell in love with via a movie (LE MEPRIS (1960), one of the most beautiful uses of modern architecture in cinema). This nicely-made video from Gagosian offers another look inside the house, and at the bespoke handcrafted furniture pieces designed for it by Curzio Malaparte himself.
